I lost both my grandmothers to smoking, and I have dedicated my life to helping others avoid the pain my family and I have endured. I am a former pack-a-day smoker. I have done many things in my life. I have had a long career in corporate Canada and in the United States. I have had a successful career as a consultant and business coach. I have numerous degrees and certifications in neurolinguistic programming and advanced hypnotherapy with a specialty in smoking cessation. My program is based on my own personal struggles with quitting smoking. After a career in business, I decided I wanted to spend the rest of my professional life helping others kick the habit of smoking that decimated my family and was on its way to killing me.
